Fast Weight Loss Methods

There are two Fast Weight Loss Methods that I recommend. The first is healthy, natural, and you can eat all you want of the approved foods. There are no calories to count! It will actually SAVE you money on groceries.

Here's how it works:

First, you eliminate all junk food, sweets, meat, dairy products, white flour products, juices, and sodas from your diet.

Then, you replace these foods with salads, steamed vegetables, whole grain breads, pasta, brown rice, beans, and nuts

Cut out coffee, coffee drinks, and sweet energy drinks. Green tea--unsweetened--is a good replacement.

Stop eating out, if at all possible; Bring a lunch, say, a gardenburger sandwich on whole wheat or a vegetable soup with beans.

If you must eat out, there are many ethnic cuisines that are healthy if you choose carefully: Thai is one of the best; Mexican is good if you stick with beans, rice, tortillas, and vegetables. (Hold the sour cream, guacamole, and cheese! Also, no fried items.)

For the long term best results, this Vegan diet is the best of the fast weight loss methods. It may take you a few weeks to get used to it, but the benefits are worth it. If you stick with it, the weight will drop off naturally at the rate of a pound or more per week.

Look around the world to find the healthiest, slimmest people and you will find that they eat this basic diet of mainly a plant-based diet. They may eat steamed, broiled, or poached fish once or twice a week, but that's about it. Very, very little meat or poultry. Those who eat this traditional diet stay thin for life, don't have heart attacks, colon cancer, breast cancer or the other problems we suffer in the well-fed developed countries.

And they stay thin! No obesity exists among those nations who eat like this.

You might be surprised how many top celebrities and athletes eat this way on a regular basis. They know how important it is to their career to preserve their looks and their health.

One is to add moderate exercise, including lifting some light weights to build muscle. Walking briskly for 40 minutes is good and you can do this every day. Lift the weights every other day. Don't over-do it if you're not used to weights or aerobic exercise.

The key is to adopt this diet, either gradually or all at once, and stick with it so that you will never again need to seek extreme fast weight loss methods. Just make this healthy diet and a moderate exercise routine a habit for life. You will love the results!
