Best Energy Drink
Best Energy Drink: My Criteria for an Effective Energy Drink with No Dangerous Side-Effects* It is made with healthful ingredients * It contains nutrients that contribute to a healthy diet plan * The buzz is a long-lasting, mellow, non-jittery one that is transparent--it makes you feel GOOD, while it empowers you to do what you want to do. Guarana is the best stimulant for this. It doesn't just give you a quick, powerful rush and then quickly wash out of your system leaving you wide awake but craving another dose like cheap anhydrous caffeine does. Guarana has "soul", a warm happy high that caffeine doesn't cause. * The best energy drink isn't loaded with sugar of any kind. Sugar is a short-lived source of energy, causing a spike in insulin production when it hits your bloodstream. This, over a period of time, creates insulin resistance, which is the first step toward diabetes, type II. Better to have very little natural fruit sugar with the guarana to catalyze a thermogenic effect, forcing your energized body to burn fat stores. (Most energy drinks fail this low-sugar test and are fattening.) The "sugar high" of most energy drinks predictably leads to a crash, for another thing. Who wants that? * The best energy drink should be a bargain. It shouldn't be overpriced. The best way to get this is to buy direct from the manufacturer in reasonable quantities--say, a month's supply. Paying $2.89 for a can of the leading brand, containing WAAAYY too much sugar and caffeine is dumb, when you can buy a better buzz, delivered to your door in powdered form (so you can make it hot or cold, as strong as you like it) for about $1.25 per serving(including shipping in USA, for example). Why pay more for something that is less healthy? So, most commercial energy drink brands use cheap ingredients like anhydrous caffeine and high fructose corn sweetener and then spend a lot of money on Advertising and cool packaging. Do you want a cool-looking can or a good, long, healthy energy high? Energy drinks don't have to be unhealthy. In all my searching for the best energy drink, I have found only one that gives me a long-lasting -- five or six hours! -- buzz with no crash, no jitters, and no negative health consequences if used in moderation. To make it even more appealing, this energy drink tastes great and is less expensive than anything you can buy at the store. A big plus for the best energy drink is that it has helped me defeat unhealthy food cravings and burn off twenty extra pounds. It makes the radical shift to a healthy diet plan a lot easier.

Best Energy Drink Review
Crave Energy Drink: With only one gram of sugar per serving, some healthy vitamin energy co-factors, and energy provided by mostly guarana, with some caffeine and kola nut, Crave is a strong contender. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks pretty good on paper. My main objection is the high price package one must buy: $74.95 plus shipping for fifty packs that claim to make 100 servings. As a marketer, I don't find that an attractive price for most energy drink buyers.Crave Update: Crave's secret to low sugar content is sucralose, an artificial sweetener. Get my Special Alert to see what is wrong with all artificial sweeteners. GBG Energy Matrix: This is one I have tried -- It smells and tastes medicinal. It is designed to meet the FDA standards so it can claim to be "low glycemic" and "thermogenic". Very low calories. Totally powered by caffeine and didn't give me the warm, happy glow that guarana does. It is difficult to find out from their Web site exactly how much the product costs. Another negative was that management seemed to have little experience in running a nutritional marketing company. Not a good sign, for a start-up company. GBG Energy Matrix Update: This one is off the market now. My guess is that even diabetics wouldn't put up with the flavor, so it didn't sell. Verve Energy Drink: would be a strong contender for the "Best Energy Drink Web site". Very impressive site, lots of video and testimonials with good-looking people, BUT the product has 18 grams of sugar per serving. Totally powered by guarana, which I like; lots of vitamins we all need every day, so they get points for that, too. Experienced management and marketing team, too.Verve also comes in shot form. The price of the energy drink is $2.71 per 8-ounce can! This does offer a good selection of vitamins, phytonutrients, etc., in addition to the energy, but my main complaint here is the high sugar content. The no-sugar formula contains sucralose instead, which to me is worse. A.C.T. Energy Drink is my choice for the best energy drink. It is all-natural, with no preservatives, no artificial sweeteners, and gives a long-lasting energy high that wins it the title of "The Feel Good Energy Drink". The best energy drink currently has distribution centers in the USA, Canada, Japan, and New Zealand. It is approved for export to more than 60 countries, with more coming on all the time. In powdered form, it can inexpensively be shipped. A.C.T. is now Halal certified, too. A.C.T. is going global, bringing healthy energy to the thirsty world!
